This our WARP 1 Series lighting system, which means it is our most basic version. Though it is a basic system it is comprehensive and will allow you to FULLY illuminate your Polar Lights 1:350 scale ENTERPRISE 1701 REFIT model without all the time and effort. With this system you won’t have to calculate or solder anything because all of the work is done for you. All you have to do is prepare your model for lighting.
This system is made up of pre-wired units. It contains SMD Light Strips as well as standard LEDs, resistors, wire, and plugs & sockets. There is also a completely pre-wired setup for your display base which contains 1 On/Off toggle switch, 1 momentary switch, 1 DC power jack to plug in your power supply, and one twist-lock male/female connector to allow your model to be removable from the display base. Last but not least the newly redesigned control board will drive all of the flashing strobes and navigation lights with accurate flash and blink rates per the filming model.
Also included is a color instruction installation guide in printable Adobe PDF format that will be emailed to customers upon order. It contains crystal clear color photos that will guide you, step by step, from preparation of the model to installation of the lighting system. It also includes supplemental instructions for the self-illuminating floodlighting for main registry numbers on the upper and lower saucer section of your Refit Enterprise model.
The lighting system features full interior cabin lighting, including the Cargo/Shuttle Bay, the VIP Lounge, and the Botanical Gardens. It includes working strobes and running lights. It will also enable your 1/350 ENTERPRISE REFIT model to switch from “Warp Mode” to "impulse" mode.
Last but not least it features fading effects for the navigational deflector while transitioning from impulse mode to warp mode and as part of this system's recent upgrade to v3.2 it now features the same fading effect for the impulse engines and warp chiller grills.
